Service Description. This Site describes Executive Transportation, Luxury Transportation, Event Transportation, Business Transportation, Group Transportation provided by JB Luxe Transport. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.
Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.
Site Content. Content displayed on https://transportationcompanyirving.com is the property of JB Luxe Transport or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. JB Luxe Transport does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Cap on Damages. Liability of JB Luxe Transport arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold JB Luxe Transport harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Law and Venue. TX law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in TX.
